Quagmire!

Don Surber identifies a real foreign policy quagmire:

Around the time that Bill Clinton was impeached for perjury and obstruction of justice, he started a war to remove a dictator and build a new nation in Kosovo. General Wes Clark led the charge and later bragged about the precision bombing.

The people in the Chinese embassy when it was accidentally bombed might disagree.

Eight, nine years later, how is that whole Kosovo thing going?
...
“The vote was also marred by an overwhelming boycott by the Serb minority, under orders of Belgrade not to legitimise a parliament threatening to declare independence within weeks.”

Remember that then President Bill Clinton promised to have the troops home from Kosovo by Christmas. It seems he lied about that too.
