U.N. Must Rely on U.S.-Led Force to Protect Iraq Envoy Because No Countries Offer Troops, Annan Says

UNITED NATIONS (AP) - The United Nations will have to rely on the U.S.-led multinational force in Iraq for security for its new envoy in Baghdad because no countries have offered troops for a separate U.N. protection force, Secretary-General Kofi Annan said Wednesday
